I like the UK-ness of it. It's good. My only comment is that it sounds like the drummer is not fully locked in, and the rest of the band seems to suffer from that bit of unsteady-ness. Did he play to a click?

It's good stuff, though! Thanks for sharing.

I'm going to friend request you from my main band (in sig). We are doomy sometimes, but we mix it up and play in odd times a lot.

yeah our drummer can't play to a click ;/ we tried to make him but he can't hold a steady tempo, so were all chipping in and getting him a metronome! thanks for the comment though.

You can really hear the Mastodon influence on "unhearing". Good stuff I like techy weird metal that grooves.

Cool stuff. You might dig my band:

We're big fans of Cult of Luna which you guys should check out considering what side of the pond you are all from. Also check out Baroness, they're relatively new but going to get big for sure. I might as well throw on Battlefields, Hellas Mounds, and Year of no Light. We're in talks to do splits with those last three. Lets see where this next batch of songs leads us.

i enjoyed both bands. I like the way Dormant reaction's music was intricate but powerful the singing could be a little bit up in the mix.

I found it funny to see the pictures of your singer. I pictured him being this big long haired tattooed guy, and instead I find a skinny young guy!

How long can the singer sustain his screaming? How does he do long or multiple gigs?

Cool stuff.

Yeah, I totally understand. It's hard enough to find drummers, let alone ones that are 100% steady. He's not a bad drummer at all. Don't get me wrong. That was just my opinion from listening.

Keep writing the jams!

well we used to have a proper singer but we got rid of him because he was pretty unreliable, so we've only done two gigs with adam doing vocals, theres not that much in the way of vocals on most the songs so its ok for him to go for it at gigs and practices and not suffer the consiquences. So far anyway.

quite like the bands you guys have linked to! shame your all in america we could do with a fair few more bands locally to gig with seen as we don't fit most bills lol.
