Well done on both bass and vocals, some audible bass in death metal is never a bad thing. I like where you are in the mix. The song is more of an old school type of death metal sound, which I prefer. Cool stuff, do the vocals have a weird effect on them? They sound, production wise, disconnected from the mix. I don't know, maybe it's just me.

Not just you. They seem a hair too loud to me, anyway. I'm on tiny laptop speakers, so take that with a grain of salt.

EDIT: But I like it overall.

I'm not a big death/black metal fan but it sounded pretty good.

aah thanks mons

for the vocal question, i recorded them in a room in my basement (which is unfinished) so there was a slight echo. i think im gonna have to try to sound proof that room for future recordings.
