What's the music scene like in San Diego these days. |

I totally thought I was about to hear some screaming after the intro... |

Now the anal retentive producer in me says: I would have dropped the upper midrange of the whole song a bit, it was making my subwoofer pewp a little. I threw a graphic EQ on it and dipped between 1k and 2k a few db and it opened the window a bit. That's my only critique though, the rest is spot on. |

I was expecting some knocks on the singer (he's been singing for only 10 months)
Glad you guys like it. and wow, thanks for the compliments on my playing, I'll be playing 2 years this January and it's my only instrument, thanks so much. I'll be back on later, I'm in a hurry. Thanks again!

Almost Mars Volta like when I first heard it.
Your bass sounds excellent too.
Keep up the work man!

In fact, I'd better friend ya so I don't forget you.
Very fresh, but solid and tight sound. Keep up the good work!
Edit: Any chance I can grab an mp3 of that song? I actually do like it :P
Promise I'll blast it out at work when I get a chance, heheh

Great stuff, and if the singer sang with more strength, it could be really great stuff. |

Thanks so much!
Yea, I can only see everyone in the band getting better and seeing how good John is (with minor auto-tune) I know he can be great!
As for the San Diego music scene, it's a lot of undiscovered awesomeness surrounded by garbage "hardcore"
If you really want an MP3 hit me up on AIM: salFPS
I'll get the mp3 and gladly hook you up. Thanks again for diggin' it guys. I was really scared of putting it up here

Seriously, thanks for the ego boost! As a newbie bassists it really helps my confidence.
