The song is called "clouds part and we fade away."

The vox are buried, but I'm really loud, so it's all good.

P.S. I have terrible stage presence. I don't normally have a hunchback, but when I play I do. I'm weird.

It disappears the second I start playing. I don't understand it.

That was interesting, maybe a bit slow for my tastes though. The only thing that I don't get is why your lead guitarist was standing basically off the stage for the whole song

Hmm. I don't really like this as much as your solo stuff, Matt. Great bass tone, though.

As you know, it's hard to find "weird" people to make "weird" music with. But I'm a fan of ripping off Sabbath, and it's much easier to find people who want to do that. It's a metal/hardcore type area... and we are still "weird" by scene standards. I'm working on turning one or two aspects of my solo material into a live band, but we'll see what happens with that.

It's a verrrrry small stage, if your band isn't at trio, prepare to have someone stand off the stage. And our setup needs to be (from right to left): lead guitar, bass, drums, guitar because the guitarist/singer has really really bassy guitar tone, so there is a tonal clash if I have my amp next to him, it eventually turns into a volume war, this way works best.

And to quote Wino from Saint Vitus

We like doom/sludge metal, so the bpm can get pretty slow sometimes. This is one of our more upbeat ditties.

Thanks for the listen dudes.

Yeah, I miss long hair. I got rid of it because I suck. Headbanging with short hair looks kind of pointless. Ha. So, yeah, in about a year, I'll have long hair again.

Thanks for the listens guys.

Yeah man, I still can't get over the Block, it's like the perfect metal amp. I mean, one thing to take into account is this is recorded with a video camera, so a lot of the low from my tone is cut because video cameras don't have the best mics built in them. But I have a more midrangey sound with King Bowman. But, I played with that Village of Dead Roads band later that night and just cranked the hell out of the low end and completely changed my tone for that band. It's just a really diverse amp, thanks again for the heads up on it.

You guys are rad! I love the spacey interlude into the fast part, nice transition. Your bass tone sounds sick too.

Thanks dude. It's definatly one of our longer songs, but we wouldn't be doom if we didn't write at least a couple 9 minute songs.

The long hair is on it's way, it's just once again taking its sweet ass time.
