HArsh comments on the cover..

I like the video scheme though. But it seems like your singer is "trying to sing" instead of singing, but thats just IMO.

Very good overall. Definitely something I would want to catch locally. However, I agree with what was said about the singer. His vocal lines are great but he just doesn't have a great voice. He also sounds out of key to me sometimes.

the comment on the cover is just my friend who filmed it, don't worry. we also put it on vimeo, which he likes more because of fewer mean people (aka youtube carnivores).
and yeah.. but how do you tell someone to sing better?!

Actually, do you think the singing sounds forced in both songs or just the cover? Because its definitely a bit out of his range, even if he won't admit it.

I don't want to criticize or come across as putting down but honestly (based on these videos) he just doesnt have a great singing voice, at least not in that range. Perhaps he had a hard time hearing himself during these videos? Everyone has their range and can be good at a certain register with practice and training. If he is singing in his natural range, then I dont know what to tell you. However, I dont hear many good singers these days. I'd say he is about average for the local stuff I come across. It is still music with a great melody and I would enjoy it live.

This is coming from someone who cannot sing a lick. So take what I say with a grain of salt. However, our lead singer is pretty good. Check out our video
