I like your harmonics to start. Nice tone. Are you playing a P?Good indie style vocals. Next time try having your drummer record to a click track. This is something, IMO, that every group need's to do. The click should be the "other member" of your band. Sounds good!

I recorded with a jazzbass witch has 78' P neck and customshop pickups. Tone was totally rolled off.

I think that the click track has killed most of the music today.
But that´s just my opinion. I like music that sounds like it´s been played by musicians instead of machines. Click is excellent tool for practising, but IMO has nothing to do with music that is trying to express feelings.
