Hello everyone!
I am currently on my third username, but I really never posted before. I was ghetto911 and jazzrounder. This username is much better.
Anyway, I decided to upload a few old songs from my high school bands for Talkbass's listening pleasure. Please feel free to make fun of me if this doesn't work.
The first song is from my first band, the now-defunct My Buddy Sean's Band. This audio file is ripped from a video of an outdoor show, so don't mind the birds chirping. It's a bit long, but I really don't expect people to listen all the way through. The quality is surprisingly good, though.
The Ballad
This second song is from my other band, which is still currently (somewhat) active. Fortunately, we all ended up at the same college. This band is fronted by singer/guitarist Ricky Martin (seriously) who is the primary songwriter as well. Unfortunately, this is one of my very first attempts at recording. I'm better now, but I don't think I'll be a recording engineer. This song is pretty poppy, but it's also fairly representative of this band.
