It was recorded somewhere in Europe on the Fuzz Universe tour, not sure what city though.
All the keyboard parts are played on guitar, no overdubs or studio magic. http://youtu.be/hkXG4QnbqlQ

BTW, the bass and rig set up was an Ibanez Iceman bass with EMG's, MXR GT-OD pedal, OCD pedal (for volume boost), into a Marshall VBA-400 head/cab.

Just amazing, always encouraging everyone around him to be better at what they do. Very blessed to have played/recorded/and toured so much with him and his band.

Chris is one of the reasons I bought my 4001 way back in the early 80s ( still my main bass by the way). Somehow I inadvertently copped his pick technique along the way too. I really had no idea about it until a few years ago and I have almost always employed it. I guess I couldn't quite decide between pick or fingers. lol

I'm sure that's true. Funny, even when I play straight fingerstyle I curl my pick up in my hand. I tried playing fingerstyle without the pick in my hand and I guess I hold my hand differently or something because it is less comfortable and I am much sloppier.
I always just assumed I was a mutant of some sort. lol

Get what's in your heart and mind to be heard through sounds you create. No matter how you play, or what instrument it comes through.
