Hi, im a freshman in high school and i wrote a jazz piece and played it in the jazz combo i'm in and recorded it for a school project. I dont have a name yet so feel free to leave ideas. Hope you like it. First ever sophistcated piec of music ive written. m using a school bass upright full size, no pickup just mic'd. Hope you guys like it.
One take is a fast one, the other is slow. Each has a bass intro (slow one i funked around, fast four bar walk intro). Keep in mind that i have taken no lessons, taught myself this jazz stuff, and chords but did talk to the band teacher and leader of the combo about some theory and notation questions. I will post links or upload them in another post.
