finally got some decent recordings up of my band. I use a Benavente Vortex 6 tuned EADGBE (yes, I have 2 high strings instead of a low B)

Thanks! I accepted your request. in response to the first comment, we LOVE Death. when we first got the band together we started learning death songs just so we'd have more stuff to jam at our practices.

OH YEAH! P.S. I'm heading over to Benavente's shop today to go over the details of having him put a Kahler 6 string wammy bar on my bass! I'm sure to find the brown note now! =p

Can I ask - why that tuning without low B?
