Sorry to say Mike but I think I prefer it when you're letting rip with your fusion chops!

Sounds really good, I haven't heard a band that sounds like you guys in a loooong time. Good luck with future gigging!

i really liked the be all end all groove. not a big fan of the singer though she sounds like she is singing below her range...that might just be her voice though

overall, i like it

Thanks guys - I know it's not to everyone's taste but this is still in it's early stages - I'm sure these songs are going to develop a lot when we play them live. And there's still lots of my 'fusion chops' malarky on the Youtube link below

Thanks for listening

Labbatu sounds very fresh & creative to me.

I just can't take anymore noodley solo bass stuff anymore. Labbatu is far more enjoyable to me.

I really liked Hypnotism - love the bass work, sounds very inspired to me.

totes. i also really like the groove in be all end all. All the songs sound way tight. Very chill- nice work.

also it's sweet that the drummer played with Roots Manuva. He is wicked rad.

Funny you should say that about noodly stuff - I know I do my fair share of that kind of thing - but because I get it out my system elsewhere I actually love just holding down the groove in bands like this. I still look for ways to add a fill every so often but always at service of the tune. Really glad you like this stuff, it's just a start really as we wrote and recorded all these songs on the day we went to the studio - it came together very easily - but we just rehearsed last night and it's already taking off with new more intense bits - but the fundamental groove and sound is there - I think we could be out touring this stuff later in the year - I'll let you know if it happens.

I like this!
Cool momentum in the bass line on Be All End All.
Great groove on Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.

You have great feel, great tone, nice work on this.
