I use a Spector Forte-4, usually clean right into the amp, I use an Ashdown Evo III 900 and Mic it using a Steinberg sound interface.
The mic I use is a Sure SM57 and to record all that, Cubase 5.
On this particular track I dirtied the bass up a little with the MXR m-80 bass DI.
I run all the guitars in the same way as I do the bass, through the same gear like such:
Bass / Guitar > volume pedal > Tuner > Bass envelope filter > Carbon Copy Delay > Micro Flanger > Bass DI > Amp.
I don't use a pick but I am a hard hitter as I've had no amp for the most part and had to slap the hell out of the strings to hear what I am playing...

I've been going with whatever bass I play XLR-out the back of my bass amp to a cute little Behringer mixer, line-out to my PC's SB X-fi. Seems to work, but not with guitar -- sounds terrible. I need to mic that up. Next thing on my shopping list?
Microphone. I followed you on SoundCloud, too.
