I was in a band back between 1994 and 1998 called Wallflower, and I figured it was a shame that the stuff we did could have been lost forever in the midsts of time... some of it was pretty unique, and I think I'm the only person to have digital copies of our music (most of it was either on demo tapes or our 10" vinyl single).
So, I've put together a MySpace page featuring some of the old material. If you've got a spare 12 minutes, give the track "Airmailed" a listen. I think I did some interesting bass work on that one, including the main bass-plus-wah atmospheric riff, a wobbly-sounding slap part and some chordal stuff in the bridge. I also liked some of the stuff I did on the tracks, "Trailer" and "Underlay" (the recording of "Trailer" is a live rehearsal recording, so apologies in advance for the quality, but it has a bass solo and some gratuitous whammy pedal usage!).
Any feedback would be welcome!
