I'm playing a 1990 5 string Warwick Streamer Stage I (with Nordstrand Big singles, and an Aguilar OBP 1 pre-amp)

Let me know what you think.

The first track had a nice RATM feel to it. I was glad the second track lost some of that RATM feel. Showed some variety in sounds. Your bass sits well in the mix and I think you put out a nice phat tone for this style of music.

I would say I could never own an album from you guys though. Vocals are weak and generic to my ears. Lyrics leave a lot to be desired as well. No new ideas vocally. Just my opinion and please take it as such.

Joking aside though... I thought it was awesome. Love your tone on Self Doubt.

Sounds good man! I'm a little bit over the rap/ rock thing but this is good.

kill a man sounds a lot like kill a man by RATM, especially the subject matter and the fact that you're both a rock/rap group o_O

Nice tone. Not a big rap-rock fan but I like it. Sounds better than most of the modern rock I catch on the radio.

I honestly had no idea that RATM had a song called Kill a man?! What a weird co-incidence!! Infact I don't think any of us know that, not actually being big RATM fans at all. I will check it out later and hope that it doesnt sound similar!

The band like heavy rock, and the rapper was originally (and still is) a hip-hop rapper, and not being many hip-rock/rock-rap bands about, we get that comparison a bit but we have made sure each track is different, and stay away from RATM cliche riffs.

It reminded me of Limb Bizkit and Rage Against The Machine. So maybe a vocal that a little different.

I love the rap rock genre when done right. The back vocals are kinda annoying in "To Kill A Man" and "Self Doubt." Things also seem to go down hill with the whole baby crying part. The transitions in all of the songs are shaky and kinda ackward. I haven't listened much to RATM but'll listen to them and then give more feedback. But you might have something here.
