Nat Townsely Trio... The Big Idea

Sign in to disble this ad
Have any of you guys heard this album? Nat Townsely plays drums, Ron Long plays bass, and there is an organ player who I forget the name... I think it may be Sheddrick Mitchell or something.

The album is amazing though!

My question is... on the track "Nat Thang" is Ron Long using a voice box thing to get that tone and effect? It sounds like that thing Peter Frampton uses... I'm not familiar with these things so I have no idea what there called.
