Do you want both sides on at all times? If so, the easiest is a Y cable. If not, an ABY box would suffice. I have a LoopMaster, but other companies make them as well.

Any normal D.I Box will do. You send the XLR to the alembic pre using an XLR/1/4" cable and the parallel output to the Amplifier.
