I have a bunch of great midi files that I want to expand. They are all about 1 minute long, and I want to simply copy and paste using some easy/cheap/free midi file editor/sequencer to expand them out to about 4 minutes each.
Not looking for any bells and whistles. What's the easiest, cheapest way to achieve this? Thanks.
