Need to find obscure Metal CD - The Third and the Mortal

I had my car stolen, and with it, a very, VERY hard to find album called "Tears laid in Earth" by a band called The Third and the Mortal.
I have done extensive searches on the web, and cannot find it. Please, anybody with any info on this, reply to me here or better yet, directly to hectorsuperbass75@yahoo.com
