Need Help

Im running into a problem here. I'm trying to upload one of my mp3 files but I can't figure out how to host it on sites like Tripod.com. What free hosting site lets me upload my mp3 files so I could post a sound clip here on the forums?

I did use the search function but most of the topics on hosting were never answered correctly.
