| | | | Wow, tough question. But I think that Neil's music is more varied than Bob's. When Dylan gets eclectic, it gets weird (Slow Train Coming or Street-Legal, anyone?), but Neil's whole career is based on the difference between quiet and loud. So, Neil. |
