So my new band (indie rock kinda stuff) recorded a 3 track demo recently, and just got 2 of the tracks back. http://dearnobleleader.bandcamp.com
The tracks are Every Empty Town and Perfect Queue (acoustic version).
Let me know what you think, whether about the basslines, bass tones, or the songs in general. Thanks!

| | | | Good job! The bass sounds great, and so do the songs. I wasn't sold on the intro to 'Every Empty Town', but the rest of the song made up for it. |

I like it, keep it up. I think the bass lines fit very nicely on arrangement.

ghostjs - I used my OLP mm4 (or whichever model is the 5 string, haha). It's got a nordstrom replacement pickup, and I ran it through my trusty bass VT and aphex bass exciter pedals into my carvin b1500 and out my avatar neo212 cab. The recording is a mix of the DI out of the Carvin and a mic in the room. Glad you dig it!

Thanks! | It's more in some of his vocals than anything else. I guess the music is a bit more indie than the GUK. Maybe more like his later projects like The New Amsterdams.
Or maybe I am crazy.
