I'll admit that the heavier death metal isn't always my thing, but it sounds like you guys did a good job with it!

I still like the death metal bands I listened to in high school like Gorguts, Suffocation, Necrophagists, Portal, Nile, Cryptopsy etc... but in general I feel like todays death metal scene is well.. dead. There hasn't been very many bands doing anything original or different so I just get bored really easily, the music isn't even scary and sometimes laughable. It's just not as heavy as it used to be. This is why I prefer listening to more black metal these days, there's a lot of really exiting things going on in the BM community. Overall though, I actually enjoyed these songs, probably wouldn't listen to it on my own but I can see you guys getting a lot of well deserved attention. You guys are definitely talented, so good luck to you.
