Do like.

Only thing I don't love is the drums. I realize that it is a loop or w/e it's just too .... something.

Pretty good, not a whole lot going on. If there was more layering, I think it would help. Some nice pad synth stuff, I don't know... it's just... it's chill, but not chill enough. And being that isn't not all about chill, I'd say it needs more.

I was thinking the opposite.

When you are going for chill, isn't less really more?

Well, that's what I mean... this isn't a "chill" song in an ambient sense, so I say go for more. You could make it chill rock, which this seems to be, busy it up a bit more so it has that vibe but still is in the rock genre.

i like it--it kind of had a stripped-down STS9 vibe to it imo--however for some unwanted criticism, the only thing i would change is the tone of the bass--it sounded kinda muffled to me, and if you could clear that up, and make a whole cd of music like that, i'd buy it

+1

The drums aren't great but they aren't terrible either. Overall, I love the groove though.
