New Demo, Any opinions?

My band just released our first demo yesterday. What do you guys think?

I think the singing is not bad, but he seems to try to force his voice to do things that are not in his range / style. Seems a bit forced in places. Seems a bit uninspired

The music is fine, neither here or there. No real climaxes in most the songs (except ghost which builds), but seem to all just chug along at the same pace.

Just my opinion.

"How it's gonna be" reminds me a lot a band I used to be in a long time ago.
I am not sure this qualifies as "feedback", though

I like the songs. As Barkless Dog points out, the songs dynamics could be improved a bit. I actually like the singer's voice, and I guess the "uninspiration" is actually part of a blasé style. But there's something in the final mix that is not helping him. Not sure what. Too loud, maybe?
