Have both CD's yet to listen

The new Despised Icon sound promising since they have acquired the bassist from one of my favorite death metal bands - Goreatory

will review both shortly, would like to hear others opinions as well

I wish in Death Metal they wouldn't bury the bass in the Mix

Despised Icon Has a phenomenal bass player now

The New Despised Icon sounds a bit more tech then Ills of Modern man

Ya, it's a short record though. The problem is that metal is so crazy the bass can only do so much with everything else thats going on. I metal bass is only appreciated when its missing.

Thanks for letting me know about the Despised Icon release. I could really care less about Black Dahlia but I'm a big fan of Despised Icon.
