Ive been listening to an album among many others by a band called 'New Direction, ....im sure you fans of gospel will know this great album...Im a soul, funk addict,, and apart Chaka's Naughty, and Anitas 'Rapture' and Meshell's Peace Beyond Passion.... this is one the best albums i have ever heard...and thats it!!!!

New direction blow me away! is this as good as it gets, or does it get better.??.please say it does.

I know there is a gospel thread on here,.. tell me more..Especially. n0..7..wow. latin magic..jump jump jump...


sometimes i dont care about bass playing, when it comes to music like this ,,the bigger picture is so much more important

and of course the bass playing is Jones amazing...xxxxx

I have New Direction's "Rain" 2004 release, very well produced, FUNKY tune's, and great vocal's! I believe they're a Chicago Gospel unit....figure's!!!

I believe sharay reed is their bassist. If you like new direction I would check out.

I don't get down with gospel music, but damn that's funky! Killer bass player.
