New Female Singer, Please Provide Constructive Criticism

Howdy, folks.

My rock band just incorporated a new singer. Any constructive criticism would be very appreciated.

Alas, none of the recordings have been mixed... they can sound a little rough.

I think out best track at the moment would be "Shake It".

IMHO she has a current commercial sound to her voice.
Reminds me of Corinne Bailey Rae

she's a little off key here and there, but I like her voice.

She needs to tune it up a bit, but the attitude is super cool.

Yes,
Guess I forgot to mention she has only been singing for a few months... So that considered I think she's doing well. She also draws a good crowd, and the audience responds really well to her.

She has some time issues. But I dig her vibrato, and to be sure she has some potential.
