My hat is off to anyone who is aware of, let alone plays "Actual Proof"! Well done.

Nice stuff man! Damn nice solos too!
Although I have to bust you on the 99 thing, a rhodes actually has tines not strings, but the great playing on all accounts makes up for that.
Really though it's great these days to hear well played music and it's such a pleasant surprise. Thanks for cheering up my ears. You guys must be having a blast! Keep doing it!
Cheers,
Dirk

Great intonation!

Hehheh... oh well. I thought it was a killer fretless-type tone anyway.

Thanks for all the kind words so far guys.
This recording was from our live bi monthly gig at this joint here in Chicago. It was actually only the second time this particular lineup of the group has ever played together. I am really excited about this band though. I think i finally found the guys who can help me to most accurately realize the sound i have in my head for my newest batch of tunes. I will try to keep posting updated versions of tunes on that page.
These tunes were the easy ones.... just wait till you hear my "A" game compositions ... but first... rehearse rehearse rehearse

Nice job on Actual Proof, that's a tough tune.

Did you post some fusion from this group a while ago here on TB? I recognize you guys' playing styles.

Hey Project 99

Loved the sound of your stuff - what an exciting project to be just starting!

I'm in a rock jazz fusion project too, called Ashowka, based in Bristol, UK. We're always on the lookout for other jazz fusion bands as there aren't too many of us about! We would love to come to Chicago one day!

Great stuff, love that Fender Rhodes sound. Brings back memories of old Chick Corea & early George Duke before found that Dukey Stick!

Nice bass work, nice compositions

New Song up...
Storms Over Cancun.
We had just played a slower, more ambient song, and this drunk guy yells "You are puttin me to sleep". He was actually heckeling us. So we pulled out this one. He was cheering his a** of at the end of the tune.

I think we won him over.
