Hello, I want to upload a video, or at the least record my Audio, could someone Give me a walk-through please?

Check out www.soundcloud.com. Very easy to use. If you have an XLR out you can probably get an adapter or 2 to go into your sound card mic, or buy an audio interface like an M-Audio type.
