Well- heres yet another song from my band. We just recorded it for a compilation CD. Personally I think it turned out pretty cool. I would've liked to mix the harmonies a little higher but thats okay.

The song is Mrs. ADL. Let me know what you think about the bassline, or anything. It's a pretty simple song, nothing to special, just curious for some comments, constructive crit. or anything.

www.myspace.com/eclyptic is the myspace where you can hear it.

That's a funky song! loving it. The only thing I don't like is that your bass isn't high enough in the mix

Mrs. ADL -- I like it -- In certain flashes the band reminds me of The Beatles (in particular because of the vox).

RE your bassline, I liked it, too. Fun and moving. En example: It's simple, but the transitions you go through from root to root during the chorus (particularly where they vox say "Mrs. ADL...") work well with the vox melody. I think it's only one note but it just works.

By day job do you mean highschool? We don't have day jobs, sorry. But I get the point- very insightful.

Anyway other than that thanks for the comments.
