Dead on the Dancefloor

Some of you may remember when I posted our recordings from our first show. There quality was a bit lack-ing (for some reason that word got censored), we now have two songs up that we recorded ourselves. Feel free to comment and give us a listen.

I already know what's wrong with some parts but we're still learning how to record and mix so you can expect better quality in the future.

BTW, for "2000" I kinda don't like my tone, but I had to go direct through my GK 1001 RB-II because we couldn't figure out how to record quality bass with our mics.

Anyway, send me some love/hate

It needs work but, it's worth working on.

Could we get a little more snare drum on that first tune?

More snare drum....

More snare drum....

Like the carpenter, measure twice, cut once.

Keep moving the mics around...you'll find the sweet spots.

I don't listen to that sort of music myself, but I think you guys are good. Nice bass playing, you are by far the most tight member of your band.
