Dave should stick to playing drums, at least he is good at that.

It's ok, not bad. Foo Fighters make good songs that are easy to listen to, but too many of their songs sound too much alike. "Times Like These", "Best of You", "DOA", "My Hero", this new song, etc. -- I don't know, there's just something about their formula that's starting to wear a little thin. This new song doesn't sound all that different from "This Is A Call" from their first album. When did that come out, 10+ years ago?

Good stuff. The Colour And The Shape is one of favorite albums.

Vandelay, it's true that most of their singles sound alike. But if you give a whole album a listen, you'll find they're fairly diverse. Dave Grohl is pretty talented. (I agree he's a better drummer, though.)

I never really knew the Foo Fighters 'cept for that one song "the best of you".

I dig this one!

Anybody knows what bass is used for this song?
It looks like a Fender P. Or is it a Stingray?

I dig the song and the bass looks like a black P-Bass with black pick guard.

This is actually one of my fav bands and as soon as I heard this on the radio this fact was reconfirmed. Love the bass tone, its heard more than on previous albums IMO.

I thought it was pretty good. As far as it all sounding the same, outside of the Beatles and Queen, you could say that about most bands.

then i suggest you listen to some real foo fighters songs.. dont only listen to the popular stuff... some bands are awful at selecting singles and such..
