New solo track

Finished this one up earlier today. I've had this one written for about a year now, but didn't really sit down to record it (the end result was that I forgot some of the parts, and had to re-work parts of the song).

Anyway, this is a solo looped composition, which is going to be on an EP with 4 or 5 other similar songs (some looped, some not). I'll be doing up some artwork for it, and releasing it for free in a month or so (hopefully, if I get off my butt and finish it). I've largely grown out of the solo bass phase I used to be into (having already written 1 full length and dozens and dozens of other songs), but I feel that it's important to finish this to give some sort of closure on that musical phase of my life.

Anyway, enough babbling:

It's called "Again and Again" and is recorded exclusively with my Stambaugh 6 (actually uses nearly the full range of the instrument, too ).

A bit different than the band-stuff I usually post, but if anyone wants to let me know what they think of this, that'd be cool.

Ben-

I tried to give your stuff a listen but got a "sign up or log in" message. Am I missing something?

Soundcloud seems to be arbitrary about when it asks that. I like using them to host my music because they allow for uploads in the original file sizes/formats without having to cough up an arm and a leg for a premium membership.

Anyway... to get around that, you can either download it (it should be listed as an option, and doesn't require sign-in, I believe), or you can quickly sign up. They don't ask for e-mail verification, so if you have a second e-mail that you use for signing up for websites and stuff, you don't even have to verify it (only if you want to start uploading your own material).

If it's a huge inconvenience to people, I'll re-host it somewhere else.
