It is a good song dude! Nice sound in the instruments, but you have a ground loop problem somewere.
It may be that you are using unbalance connections insted of TRS connections? May be the mic's or instrument cable be the cheapo style?
Like I said before fix that noise and the recording is exelent!

Sounds awesome, my word of advice is to cut out the intro from 0.04 to 0.12. Start with the drum intro and then go directly into .12seconds.
