New song needs critique

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey all,

I just posted a new track that we just finished the rough mix on.
The song is called Loving The Breakdown. I would love to hear any comments/criticisms that anyone might have.

www.myspace.com/theviberiders is where you find the track.

Thanks Guys!

Nice groove - very loose - and nice lo-fi production.

If I had any suggestions it would be that the vocal doubling is a bit distracting - but tighter performance by the singer should fix that. Vocals could also be louder / more compressed to sound more even and more present.

Nice track though. Thumbs up!

hey guys,

lambro, no samples...it was all original...I hope!

agreatheigh, Thanks, for the kind words... I totally agree on the vocal critique.

I`m thinking that everything needs to be fattened up a bit. And it sounds a little empty in spots to me... but that could just be because I`m too close to the project.

keep any other advice/criticisms coming!

Cheers
