we have a couple of new songs which we recorded with a portastudio in a dining room, and came out suprisingly well! If anyone else has the equipment I highly recommend going ahead and recording some songs! Anyway, the songs we recorded are The Warrior and Scratch My Back. Any feedback is greatly appreciated, especially on the bass playing . |

I couldn't really feel much rhythm and groove in the music, and IMO all good metal has to have a solid groove. Some of the riffs were cool in "The Warrior", but (this is just my personal opinion here) I hate it when metal bands do the cliche cookie monster growling crap. It ruins otherwise good songs, and you guys definitely abused that a bit in "Scratch my back" The bass lines definitely fit the songs, and you had some cool parts in there. Oh ya, and the guitars were a bit quiet in the solos.
You guys have a good start on things so keep on rockin'

| | | Thanks for all the feedback, it sounds weird timing wise cos our srummer likes to go last or at least i think that contributed. Obviously the singing is a completely personal thing, and we happen to like it, so hey. The setup was a portastudio, a digital 8 track thing, a Boss, not sure of the model number though. The guitars and bass were mic'd with an SM58 or SM57 I can't remember which it was borrowed and it was all mixed down and compressed in Cubase. The WAVs sound alot better than the MySpace MP3s, not suprisingly |

| | | | I think the music is really good and the sound is great. The singer in my opinion is laughable.Sounds like something off South Park.Sorry if I seem harsh.Good otherwise you just need tightening up.Rock on!

| | | | No offence taken dude, as I said trash as much as you like. At the end of the day the music is made by us, and we like it, so it doesn't matter what people say! |
