What is it?

It's from an old Looney Tunes cartoon, but i've heard it elsewhere, once, late at night, on community radio station. I think it was a Foghorn Leghorn and Dog cartoon, one of whom is tormented by the other with some device or treatment called "happy birthday," culled from a wheel of fortune/torture. The recipient is pulled through a hole in a wall, dragged through various unpleasant materials, etc.

When I go back and watch looney tunes today, I realize how much great music they were beating into my nascent consciousness....

some of the most talented composers/arrangers on those 'toons, for real... to be able to do what they did as fast as they did it is mind-blowing. awesome stuff!

Auto-necrosis: the song is "Powerhouse" by the Ray Scott Quintet.
