Listen to his solo on YYZ. Listening to his voice on Limelight though it sounds like he's going through puberty. Good voice though.

Never mind the bassist, the kid on drums (obviously the youngest at 11) is singing and playing!! D@mn impressive for their ages!! I was pretty advanced at 13-14 and never hooked up with other kids as good (30+ years later and it still hasn't happened.... ) |

I think all their tones were good. You'll be seeing more of them in the future. |

They did a good version of YYZ and Limelight.Im only a year older or so than the oldest one in the group. Being close to the same age i am impressed by the gear they have . Someones got some money . |

But you know, if you have a kid who's really good at their instrument, you'd be willing to spend some money on decent gear for them! My kid plays sax and if he really spent time practicing and intending to be a really good player, I'd spend the money on a Yamaha or Selmer in a minute! That's not the case, unfortunately! |

Back to bass, that tone is nothing special. Cheap Spector, pick, rounds, decent use of EQ. I think i'm hearing more amp than bass.
Playing ability is dead on! man i wish i would have dropped sax sooner when I was still able to learn things as quickly as I did at that age.
