One of the best rock bass lines?

Hello, this song (in my opinion of course), has one of the best bass lines I've ever heard. It starts out calm until the chorus where the bass moves in and takes everything away, there's not even guitar there except for the solo (in the studio recording).

This is one of the live ones, the studio version is great too if you want to check that out (: Does anybody else have any suggestions for heavy bass lines like this which form the basis of the song?

No offense but I really don't hear anything special in this song. The bass line is very simplistic. When I think of bass lines that carry a song I think of songs like "My Generation" and "The Real Me" by The Who, "New World Man" by Rush, "Drive My Car" by The Beatles.

None taken, I just love the bass when it gets to the chorus. And I agree, "My Generation" and "New World Man" are also great songs. I haven't heard the other two, lol.
