Hello folks,
Here's a link for the impatients:

It's a small 6 piece CD we recorded this spring. We're three weekend warriors playing instrumental rock progressive for fun. The project started when the drummer wanted to have a CD with his name on it, and the guitarist wanted a decent recording for the myspace so I was left with doing the actual work.

(they didn't force me, I just like to get my hands dirty). And it was quite an adventure!
The new landlord of our rehearsal place is an experienced sound engineer and liked what we do and made us a good price. Me and him worked together on Protools, which I knew nothing about before. Needless to say I got quite a lesson. I'll never thank him enough. He also worked on own and I did quite a bit of work alone too, which I'm quite proud of. At some point, I didn't have choice to work alone because my teacher was hit by a stroke. He's recovering well and even got out of the hospital for the launch, may 2nd, on the drummer's 40th birthday. The drummer's kid plays drum on Samba#26.
I'll confess my favorite is SOS. It's the story of a guy going at sea on a calm morning who ends up in storm. The idea started when we did a show sponsered by the company the drummer works for, called SOS Courrier.
For the gear freaks, I play
this bass through a Boss VF1, Eden WT300 amp and 410 XLT cab.
So there you go, hope you'll enjoy!
