Our new album mastered by Jens Borgen - TURBID NORTH - Brutal honest opinions?

So lets be honest...this IS metal. so if you detest this genre, you are unlikely to like what we have done. It has growls and some singing in there. We tried to bring as many genres and band influences that we love together.

Would love to get some feedback about my bass lines and tone, as well as song composition/ structure, etc...

p.s we recorded, mixed and produced all of this ourselves at our house (see the videos) - Jens only mastered it, although he did a great job (I think).
We also create every single bit of our artwork.

holy crap you guys are great! not my type of music but you guys really know what you're doing. could i stand to hear some more bass? maybe, but that's pretty much what i think of every metal song so it's not like it hurts the music by not being more upfront.

Thanks man! Appreciate the quick reply - i literally posted it 30 seconds ago - isn't this new internet thing marvelous..?
Yeah I know what you mean about the bass being prominent in metal - Kodiak part 2 is a little more "in your face" for bass...
