One of my bands just got through recording our new radio single, check it out on our myspace link. www.myspace.com/dovagroverocks

It's the very first song "Who Round Here". This is one of our shorter more "pop" sounding songs.

Would love to hear some feedback on the song, the mix, etc.

Thanks!!

It's easy to digest pop. I can dig. I like the singer's voice (reminds me of the dude from the Urge), but the lyrics leave me flat. I'll try to catch you guys when you are at Dave's, that place is about a 2 minute walk from my apartment.

I sent your myspace a friend request.

Peace,
Adam

Sounds like good radio pop...in the vien of the Spin Doctors or Bare Naked Ladies. Just a little critique though, The singer is hitting all the right notes, but he lacks the soul/oomph/edge or someone who really knows the song inside out. Like this was a trial run, or demo version of the vocals. Maybe a little more energy could be infused?

Very true, we have actually been talking about recording the vocals again.
