Pat Metheny Real Book - 'Timeline' chart needed!

Hey guys,
Really need to track down the chart for Timeline... It's done by Brecker and Metheny and it can be found in the Pat Metheny Real Book. I found a PDF version of it however the scanning was totally dodgy on it and 'Timeline' is illegible.
