Peavey G-V into a Radial J48 di

So this bass of mine puts out a really hot 18-volt signal. I usually have the mid on the on-board cranked. Will my di be able to handle it without choking, compared to say a JDV?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Not sure why you thought it would be OK to post this simultaneously in three forums here?

Anyway, the JDV will have a lot higher headroom than the J48, but I've never heard anyone complain about clipping from the J48, so try it and see how it sounds to you.
