The bass drum will have a narrow fundamental frequency somewhere between (usually) 40 and 80Hz. Sweep an EQ boost around to find it in the drum channel, and then cut it from the bass.

If you want to get fancy you can use a multiband compressor on the bass with the side-chain keyed to the kick, so every time the kick drum hits, the low-end of the bass guitar gets ducked a few dB for a hundred milliseconds or so.
