podcast improv practice?

sooooo any chace that anyone knows of any podcasts or just free audio files with a few choruses of the chords in jazz standards playing?... i'm looking for something similar to www.realbook.us but I would like to be able to carry it with me on my iPod as there's no internet in my school's practice area..

any ideas?

if there is a CD set out there with these on them that would help too. but ideally a podcast would be best

Yeah I have band-in-a-box on my to buy list I'm more or less looking for something to bridge the gap between now and when I can afford it
