In this one I played most everything on the keys, ran the midi info to the video computer and my wife dropped in the visual content and did further manipulations. I also play upright in this band, but there is none on this track.
I suggest watching it in the dark for full retinal dilation. YouTube - My Icelandic Twin mix1
another video from an older band, same type of music but with plenty of upright bass: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=086THV_rmB0
btw, I love the artwork behind you at the coffee house gig.
You guys have a lot of fun.

DARK - truly retina-searing.... cool music, too.
DeNovo - you have some cool stuff going on.

Kesslari you also have some cool stuff going on, very funky.
I liked the wadata page. Press is pretty intense |

I liked the wadata page. Press is pretty intense | That tune is going to be released, and still needs a proper mix down, so no download yet. You could probably rip it somehow,
though, although that's one reason why no one can make a living in music anymore. It will be pressed to some heavy weight vinyl with free mp3 in the near future.
thanks for the interest though, sorry it's not ready yet. |

It was just released on 4-15 by JMD Records/INgrooves/UMG and available for download at your favorite sites all over the World. YouTube - Turntable Blues by Fools On Sunday
Any feedback appreciated |

Will do, I would love to get some distribution and support but i'll probably end up just pressing a minimal run and giving it to dj's, reviewers, selling it on my own and ending up with a box full in the closet. I have no illusions about it, but i just want to press a
12" before the eternal dirt nap.
Btw, Owl, "akron needs tires" is killer, really like that one!

I'm listening to your Aiboc track now, very trippy, like the way it develops!

My ex always wanted to make music with me, but she didn't really have any talent so I'm still not sure what she wanted to do |

I really like the first clip's visuals, I got first comment on you tube . What VJ software does your wife use? I really like what she has done. YouTube - tough guy eh? - MEN IMITATING MACHINES
is a clip of my live dubstep band using midi drums and midi bass. all done on the fly with no pre programed sequences.
We need to get some visuals like these for our live show. Its just camera audio so the audio is not flash but you get the idea. |
