We do a quite kickin' version of it at my church. My Pastor (also worship leader and piano player) lets me play the piano intro on bass.

(I play drums guitar or bass in my church every week)

I am not even remotely religious but the energy that gospel music harnesses is pretty much unparalleled. Check out this guys stuff. I've actually gotten to work with him and it been a life changing experience. http://apps.facebook.com/ilike/artist/Walt+Cunningham
Especially check out "Let your spirit fall upon me" incredible playing and the arrangement is so intense. |

| | | Great stuff!! We are actually going to practice Great God by IBC this Saturday, and them perform it Sunday. I am definitely going to show our Praise Leader that gateway track.
I may step on some toes, and I am sorry if I do, but the Pentecostal Church has it going on when it comes to music!

I have enjoyed playing at many Pentecostal churches over the years, but the one that I attend these days is by far the best, as far as music goes. We have pro quality talent on almost every instrument, and more importantly, you can feel the anointing in the music.

I've been going to the IBC Music Fest since 2002, but figured something different would be a nice change of pace.
