has anyone else out there actually listened to the Protest the Hero album Kezia? the guitars are the obvious gimme attention shredding, but their bass player definately needs his 10 min. applause as he has some amazing moments on that album which i required a drool rag...

yeah ive got the album, i thinks its really good.

i dont think the bassist gets enough attention from the fans and they mostly cheer the guitarist.

shame really because he is an amazing bass player

They are truly excellent. I've seen them 2 times live and they were really good both times. They're also pretty young, i can definitely see them becoming quite big.

I'm not the biggest fan of their music, but no denying the immense talent they have at such a young age. I remember hearing some of their earliest demos on 102.1 The Edge when they were only 15, sounding like Iron Maiden meets screamo, pretty cool I thought.

Later on I learned that the girl living in the basement suite of my rented house was actually dating one of the guitarists, I saw him around the house alot, but never bothered to say anything too him, didnt see the point.
