Radiodread

I just heard an album by Easy Star All Stars, the same group who produced Dub Side of the Moon. This one is called Radiodread and is a remake of Radiohead's OK Computer.

I liked the original quite a bit so it was kind of neat to hear.

Anyone else heard this? What do you think?

i saw the world premier of radiodread performed at the All Good festival in west virginia this summer. i am a big fan of the originial as well and was really excited to see them play it since i liked Dub Side of the Moon so much. honestly though i felt a little let down by the show. some of the songs were awesome, mind blowing. but some of radiohead's feel and sound didn't seem to translate that well to the reggae style. i'm trying to hear the recorded version when it comes though before i really make an opinion on it... definitely a good time

I also dig Dread Zep, in fact I prefer them to the original.

this album is not only excellent, it revitalized my love for the original radiohead album as well. Karma Police is insane.

I never realized what a good writer Radioheads singer is, until coming across Radiodread. I actually prefer dread over the original, but I have a newfound fondness of that Radiohead album now.

Airbag and Paranoid Android are my favorites. I never really liked the delivery of the vocals in the originals.

Toots and The Maytalls version of "Let Down" is hands down one of my favourite covers of all time... that song has SO much soul...
